Do I need to register to order?

We certainly don’t want to force you to do anything, so you don’t have to register to complete your purchase. But subscribing to the ageo.cz loyalty programme has a lot of advantages. It lets you keep track of the latest sales, bonuses and promotions for our members. Your previous orders are saved in your history, so you don’t have to search over and over again for products you buy regularly. Besides, the registration isn’t binding, so you can cancel it at any time for free.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The date of delivery depends on the carrier and the means of transport you’ve chosen. The carrier has your contact details and will inform you of the exact time of delivery.

My order still hasn’t arrived, what now?

Check your e-mail, the carrier may have sent you additional information regarding the time of delivery and the message may have ended up in your spam folder. If the carrier has not provided any further information, contact our Customer Service at +420 224 247 331 or +420 607 058 258 and we’ll resolve the situation swiftly.

Can the order be picked up in person?

You can pick up your order from our offices at Politických vězňů 911/8, Prague 1 – Nové Město, 2nd floor, on any business day from Monday to Friday between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.

We expedite orders from our central storehouse to the distribution point on the day of the order, if the order is made before 8 a.m. In that case it is possible to pick up the order after 5 p.m. on the same day. You will always be notified of the exact time for pickup by an e-mail. The time of delivery is given for every item in your Shopping Basket.

I want to change a confirmed order, what should i do?

Changing a confirmed order is only possible with the payment-on-delivery option. Contact us by telephone within 30 minutes of the confirmation of your order and we will make the requested changes for you. You can contact the Customer Service at tel. +420 224 247 331 and +420 607 058 258.

How can I find out whether my payment was successful?
